Challenge

DocuSign needed to scale trial acquisition across multiple media channels while maintaining efficiency. The campaign required a creative refresh to stay relevant and clearly communicate product value within compact banner formats.

Solution

Designed a suite of cross-channel free trial banners using people-focused imagery to create relatability and real-world context. A clean sans serif typographic system maintained clarity and trust. In addition to promoting free trials, select banners drove white paper downloads to capture leads across the funnel and support pipeline growth.
